Above rates are not valid for long weekends or any festive holidays like: Christmas, Diwali, Holi, NewYear etc.

Guest is required to present the valid original ID at the time of check-in.

All confirmations are subject to the minimum advance 35% of the total cost recieved by us before booking.

Confirmation voucher is subject to advance deposit once done.

All Balance Payments need to be done at the time of the check-in at the resort.

Child Policy :-

Child below 5 years complimentary.
Child between 6 - 12 years will be charged 25% of the room cost.

Other Policy :-

Extra adults will be charged at 35% of the room cost.

Cancellation Policy :-

Once the booking gets confirmed any cancellation comes will be charged 10% of the total booking amount.

If cancellation within 30 days pior to the Check-in then 25% of the total amount will get deducted.

If cancellation is between 15 - 20 days prior to check-in then 50% of the total amount will get deducted.

If cancellation is between 0 - 15 days prior to check-in then 100% of the total amount will be charged.

For "No Show" all the advance amount will be charged and no amount will be refundable in any case.
